"As a first time buyer I was unsure what to expect from the realtor or what was expected of me. After talking and meeting with Cathie Szmon I was put at ease, and I found Cathie very easy to talk to, personable and felt no pressure to make quick decisions. Overall if my first time buying a home was this easy, I can’t wait to buy my next house with Cathie. Thanks for everything!"

Cathie was an absolutely stand out real estate agent. She was so patient and helpful when my fiance and I were looking for our first home. She had our backs throughout the whole process, from looking to negotiating to closing date, she did it all extremely competently. I'm glad we picked her as our agent. She is extremely responsive to calls and texts and will never leave you hanging. Absolute pleasure to work with, highly recommended.

Cathie Szmon helped us through the stressful process of buying a home. She was well informed, prompt in response, and professional. She even went over and above to help us with a ride when our vehicle broke down. I have worked with a number of realtors over the years, and can say that Cathie was one of the very best. I would use her again in a moment, and would highly recommend her.

I'm so very thankful that the stars aligned and Cathie, Sue & I were able to work together. Honesty, integrity, kindness, intelligence and oh so fun and friendly describe the overwhelmingly positive experience their professionalism delivered. You can trust Cathie & Sue to do their best for you.

Cathie has to be among the very best real estate agents around. She is experienced, enormously friendly and easy to work with. Her advice is sound. Her knowledge of real estate practices, the market and the community where she lives and works, guided me through selling my property during a difficult time in a way that resulted in multiple offers, all above asking price. It wasn’t a miracle; it was Cathie. What was especially pleasing was her quiet, laid-back approach that eliminated the kind of tension that can be in a property sale.
